The chain is live.
The doors are shut.

Circle built a chain with the dollar as gas and gave eleven banks and card networks the validator keys. Public mainnet opens 16 September 2026. This machine reads what can be read before then, and says where every figure came from.

Six doors. Four are checked by a person and dated: whether the official RPC answers the public, whether Circle's attestation service completes bridge messages to domain 26, whether the explorer is readable without sign-in, and whether permissionless deployment is open. The last two are read live from Circle's node repository on every page load and flip when the genesis is finalised.

Headline gauges
Genesis watch · circlefin/arc-node

Circle's node repo ships the mainnet genesis with launch placeholders still in it. Two things flip when launch is final: the block coinbase stops being the digits of pi, and the USDC blacklister, pauser and master minter stop being the zero address. The second also reveals the freeze wallet. On Arc, USDC is the gas, so a freeze stops a wallet outright.

Testnet · chain 5042002 · Blockscout

The public testnet has run since October 2025 and is the only Arc chain a member of the public can read today. Contract deployment counts are the closest thing to a builder pulse before the 16th. Sybil traffic is included because we cannot separate it and will not pretend to.

Behind the gate · gated mainnet as one scanner sees it

The token scene nobody can verify yet.

RadarDEX is a third-party scanner reading the gated mainnet through its own RPC list. None of these figures can be checked on-chain until the public RPC opens, so every one carries the third-party mark. They are shown because holder counts and launchpad share are the only measurable trace of degen interest before launch, and because the scanner will be held to them afterwards.

Wash ratio is 24 hour volume divided by USDC liquidity. A chain-wide ratio near 1 with a few tokens above 2 is what a thin, hand-traded market looks like. It is not proof of anything, in either direction.

Launchpad share · by holder positionsthird party
LaunchpadTokensHoldersShareLiquidity

"Direct" means no launchpad tag on the token. On Robinhood Chain the durable trade was the dominant launchpad's fee-earning token, bought in week one, not the memes launched on it. This table is where that question gets answered for Arc.

One address deploying ten tokens is running a factory, not a project. Counted from the deployer field on each token.

Ranked by holders, never by volume, because volume is the cheapest number to fake. Verified means the scanner's own flag, not ours. Token names are shown as reported and may impersonate anything, including USDC.

OTC premium · Arc USDC in USDG · Ayoo pre-markethand-logged
Logged (UTC)Cheapest askPremiumNote

What people are paying today for a dollar on a chain they cannot otherwise reach, settled in USDG on Robinhood Chain. In July, Telegram asks were 30 to 100 dollars per dollar. The premium goes to zero the moment the public bridge opens. Logged by hand from the order book; no API exists, so gaps are gaps.

Before you add "chain 5042" to a wallet
  • A chain ID is what your wallet writes on the tab. The RPC decides which chain you are talking to
  • Take the genesis from circlefin/arc-node, nowhere else
  • Never use an RPC, bridge link or "verification" from a guide, a DM or a seller
  • Confirm any OTC delivery on a second, independent reader before paying
  • Anyone DMing a bridge or airdrop link in the first 48 hours is a scam by default

arci.bot holds no token and issues none. It links no unofficial RPCs, bridges or guides; its whole value is not being one of them. Nothing here is financial advice.
